This class is offered on a Sliding Scale / Pay What You Can basis. Suggested contribution $6/$13/$20.

Relax and unwind the tension of your day with yin yoga and a touch of Yoga Nidra to prepare you for a good night’s rest. Starting with a series of static shapes that promote gentle focus and sublime relaxation we’ll transition seamlessly into a guided breathing then a relaxing yoga nidrā practice meant to lull you off to a deep sleep.

Offered on a pay what you can / sliding scale basis. Suggested contribution $6/$13/$20.
