There’s a physical yoga practice for every level of energy.

You can use the descriptions below as a guidepost in selecting the most appropriate style for your physical yoga practice. Classes are offered in a variety of ways to ensure that every person can practice no matter their ability or energy level.

Hatha Yoga

Moving slowly through flows of classic yoga postures, expect to build strength, flexibility, and your ability to relax. Each class is perfectly balanced to harmonize your inner and outer body alike. Suitable for beginners and experienced students alike, this class is sure to encourage bliss.

Yin Yoga

A passive style of poses held for long periods of time (from 1 to 5 minutes or more) yin yoga poses aim to access the connective tissues of the body. An excellent compliment to any active lifestyle, Yin yoga classes reduce stress and tension in your body and mind by taking some time to slow down, unwind and reflect.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a state of complete relaxation where inner awareness is progressively induced by following a set of verbal instructions.

Instructions prompt practitioners through the 5 koshas or sheaths by drawing all 5 senses inwards, except for their hearing, to help participants into a state called prajna (know as the deep sleep state), while staying conscious.

Although the aim of Yoga Nidra, like meditation, is samadhi or meditative absorption, practitioners find the aftereffects of Nidra sessions are relaxation, a feeling of being well rested, and an ability to better manage stress and anxiety.
