Starting with a series of static shapes that promote gentle focus and sublime relaxation we’ll transition seamlessly into a guided breathing then a relaxing yoga nidrā practice meant to lull you off to a deep sleep.
Practice bed-side or from the comfort of your own bed. Headphones recommended but not required.
